1966 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster. Photo credit: Legendary Motorcar Co. Ltd.This 1966 Chevrolet Corvette is finished in Laguna Blue with Blue interior. Since the day it was sold new, each owner has diligently saved all documentation pertaining to the car. Everything from retail order forms, original dealer invoices, sales invoices, registration certificates to the original Protecto Plate with dealer envelope, etc.

It was sold new at Midway Chevrolet-Oldsmobile-Cadillac Inc. US Route 13, Pocomoke City, MD, on March 21 1966, by a salesman named Dallas L. Hewitt to the first owner, William Thomas Elliott Jr. of Pocomoke City, MD. Elliot was an employee of Midway Chevrolet and would be the car's custodian until finally relinquishing ownership in 1993 to the second owner, Dale Bleacher of Newark DE. Mr. Bleacher would care for the car until selling it to the third owner in 2007.

It would come to be the property of Legendary Motorcar Company from its third owner, complete with a very unique binder full of documentation, some of which the company had never seen before. Documentation includes; Retail Order Sheet, two copies of the car invoice, Chevrolet Motor Division invoice to dealer, Protecto Plate with dealer envelope, owners manual, AM-FM radio instructions, cancelled car purchase cheques, receipts of payment, receipt of final payment from Citizens National Bank, copy of original title, numerous service receipts dating back to 1967, numerous insurance receipts, registration certificates, temporary registration and much more.

This very unique Laguna Blue on dark blue Corvette is powered by a numbers-matching engine with a M20 four-speed transmission and 3.08 Positraction rear end. Other options include AM-FM radio, tinted glass and white side wall tires.

Priced at $49,900 USD.
