2004 best-selling models of the year
By Bill Roebuck

What's everyone else buying or leasing? It's little surprise to us that the Honda Civic was the top passenger car sold in Canada during 2004, and the Ford F-Series was the top light truck. It is noteworthy, says Dennis DesRosiers of DesRosiers Automotive Consultants Inc., Richmond Hill, Ont., that six Japanese cars are in the Top 10 but only one Japanese light truck makes the truck list. Also, entry-level compact cars make up the majority of the top 10 car list.
