Not only was the F-Series the best-selling full-size pickup in 2010 in Canada, it was the best-selling truck and best-selling vehicle overall.

In 2010, DesRosier reports that the best-selling vehicles by category in Canada were as follows:

* Subcompact: Hyundai Accent

* Intermediate: Ford Fusion
